When a person dies, it becomes expedient that the decedent’s property is transferred to the living. The decedent has no more use for it and only the living can make the beneficial use of property. There are several ways to make this transfer you can do so prior to death by funding a trust; you can decide what you would like to have happen to your property by devising a will, or you can leave everything up to the living by doing nothing at all.

This section is aimed at giving you resources for learning about each of these options and in helping you decide what is right for you. We will be adding content, links, video, and more so book mark this page to refer back to it.
